What the good ones have in common
Two things come up again and again. Speed, which people usually connect to the name, and Gadi by name. A lot of reviews do not mention the company at all, they mention him. That is roughly how we would want it.
The other recurring line is about being told the price and then paying that price. For a trade with the reputation this one has, that is apparently still worth writing about.
What the bad ones say
Three complaints, and they are fair enough to put on our own website.
A bill that came out higher than the phone quote. The honest explanation is on the questions page and it comes down to a job turning out to be different at the door than it sounded on the phone. What should never happen is you finding out at the end. If that happened to you, call and say so.
We would not come out while they were still collecting quotes. That one is a policy rather than a mistake. We agree a price and then we drive, because a van sitting outside while somebody rings around is an hour somebody else pays for. For multi door jobs we come out free and quote on site.
Somebody drove to 2431 Mission expecting a shop. They were right to be annoyed. There is no walk in counter there, it is our registered address, and we now say that in several places on this site so nobody else wastes the trip.
Where to read them
On Google, where we cannot edit them. If we have worked for you and you have something to say, good or bad, say it there. The bad ones are more useful to us than the good ones.
